Our Outcomes

Here at the Impact Hub measuring our outcomes is extremely important to us to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our stakeholders and service users. It allows us to provide information that our services and the structure that we have in place work efficiently and identify areas for multi-agency inclusion and development.

Sign posting our service users to the appropriate support service has been a crucial step in our mission to support change. By implementing our advice, advocacy, and referral strategy we have provided our service users and partners within the emergency accommodation sector the platform to create the opportunity that facilitates an efficient and active measure to improve transition to a speedy long term tenancy.
